The Oak and the Cypress are the two main trees of Tuscan country, a land who is a patrimony of the whole world as the music of the show. Through the acoustic sounds and a tactful use of the colours the concert is a trip in more different, but complementary, musical styles with an international language.
Also the homonym cd is full of taste of different woods, as blues, folk, jazz, Hawaiian style, Irish and it’s been declareted between the best ten Italian acoustic blues records of always.

Oscar Bauer is recognized as one of the best Italian (and probably European) fingerpicker, also with a unique slide technique, he always strike the audience with his sensational talent indifferently when he play normal six, open tuning, twelve strings or Hawaiian lap steel.
Real virtuoso is beloved by the public for his natural talent and funny way to entertain.
Andrea Lupo Lupi is one of the few real blues bassist in Italy, collecting important experiences in many European countries and in the United States; thanks to his refined touch and deep sensibility but also to his captivating way to swing, he won in 2002 an Italian award as one of the 4 best bass player.
He’s also a very good singer, his polychrome voice can be clear and strong or warm and touchy to the heart.
Oscar Bauer with Lupo, they have, it depends by the songs, a fantastic contrapuntist interplay or a strong and harmonic groove. This also a result of many years of common life and performances.
They bring the audience in a very particular mood, in a special atmosphere where you really loose the sense of time.

So zupft er mal gekonnt die Saiten der einfachen Akkustik-Gitarre, mal schlägt er die 12-saitige an oder lässt den Lap-steel sound der Hawai-Gitarre erklingen.
Andrea Lupo Lupi, einer der ohne Zweifel besten Bassisten Italiens, durfte seine Erfahrungen nicht nur in Frankreich, Schweiz, Deutschland Portugal oder den Vereinigten Staaten sammeln. Er beherrscht nicht nur den 12-er Rhythmus des Blues bestens, sondern auch die Feinheiten des Swing und verwandter Spielweisen.

Eine Produktion dieser beiden ist immer ein Fest - ob sie ihren Ambitionen der akkustischen Musik freien Lauf lassen, sich elegant dem Kulturgut Blues hingeben oder der Folk Musik, dem Jazz, dem Hawaii Stil oder der Irischen Musik frönen. Immer verbreiten Sie einen Hauch ihrer Heimat (der Gegend um die Toscana), immer offerieren Sie einen bunten Streifzug durch die Welt der akkustischen Musik.
Ein Spektakel. Mit Sicherheit aber auch ein bunter aber diskreter Streifzug durch die Farbenpracht verschiedenster Musikstile, geprägt von der Anmut der Toscana – gegensätzlich zu allem was generell als international gilt.

Le cd est une des production le plus intéressante de l’année(’02) dans le circuit de musique acoustique en ample rayon, touchand avec élégance et propriété culturale blues, folk, composition jazzy, atmosphère hawaïenne et irish Le tout se ressent dans l’atmosphère dans le quel il a été enregistré ( la campagne toscane), des couleurs et de l’odeur des bois et du son choisi (acoustique)

Le spectacle, à travers de son acoustiques et l’usage discret des couleurs, devient un voyage de presque deux heures des différents mais complémentaires styles musicaux avec un équilibre typique du paysage toscan à travers un genre musical international.
L’espace d’une scène de théâtre se prête particulier ment a cette performance, mais qui ne dédaigne pas les Jardins, les courtils, les club de moyenne et petite dimension, mais toujours et de toute façon lieux bien « intimes » où l’attention possible soit au maximum.
De tout façon le spectacle est vrai aussi dans son essence fondamentale, la plus blues, quelques fois lyrique et intimiste, quelques fois plus virtuosiste: le duo.
